What you'll do

• Greet customers and identify shopping needs
• recommend additional items
• answer questions and resolve concerns
• motivate sales associates to provide customer service
• educate customers about sales, featured and exclusive products, and the wine club
• keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and tagged
• support store management as needed.
