Junior Helpdesk Specialist

The Junior Helpdesk Specialist role is hybrid, with onsite/client-site delivery in Scott Air Force Base, IL, and remote support during non-core hours. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 per year. This work helps maintain service availability and responsive support for users worldwide in a 24/7/365 service desk operation, including after-hours on-call support.

What you'll do

• Provide Tier II and Tier III technical support
• sustain a 24/7/365 global service desk with onsite core-hours personnel and remote non-core-hours support
• triage, document, escalate, track, and close tickets
• resolve mission-critical incidents
• maintain ServiceNow and Jira metrics tools and produce monthly reports
• process account requests and provisioning
• monitor accounts and conduct access reviews
• maintain authorization documentation.
