What you'll do

• Underwrite and analyze construction and commercial real estate loan requests
• prepare credit recommendations
• assess repayment sources and credit risks
• recommend structures to monitor and mitigate risk
• evaluate project feasibility and marketability
• develop business and cross-sell bank services
• make site visits
• coordinate with title and insurance companies
• review construction inspections and monitor draw requests
• prepare project status and compliance reports
• identify problem credits and assist with collection or restructuring.
