What you'll do

• Answer telephones and direct callers
• assist department directors with reports and correspondence
• perform typing, filing, and posting accounts
• assist the payroll clerk when needed
• greet visitors and direct them to offices or resident rooms
• issue and collect visitor identification badges
• maintain current resident and contact listings
• track administrative document dates and deadlines
• operate office machines and telephone and paging systems
• order supplies
• provide information and directions
• support inter-facility communication
• receive, sort, and distribute mail.
