What you'll do

• Assist with daily leadership and operations of housekeeping and laundry
• supervise, coach, and support employees
• inspect resident rooms and common areas
• help maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and infection prevention
• respond to resident and family concerns
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluations
• monitor supplies, equipment, linen, and inventory
• support efficiency and resident satisfaction improvements
• monitor staffing, productivity, and labor costs
• help ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards
• lead the department when the director is away.
