What you'll do

• Review material requests and approved purchasing commitments
• create and issue purchase orders
• process revisions and cancellations
• maintain purchase-order and supplier records
• track commitments and open orders
• communicate with vendors about availability, pricing, lead times, and delivery
• coordinate deliveries with shop, warehouse, and field teams
• assist with procurement logs, vendor databases, reports, invoice reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, quotes, and supplier performance tracking
• and follow purchasing policies and approval procedures.
