What you'll do

• Operate and adjust Cutlass saw equipment to cut foam according to work orders
• read production orders and measurements
• measure foam before and after cutting
• safely load, position, and feed materials
• monitor operations and make basic adjustments
• inspect finished pieces for dimensions, quality, and defects
• report material or equipment issues
• stack and stage completed products
• maintain a clean work area
• perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance
• follow safety and PPE requirements
• minimize waste and meet production goals.
