What you'll do

• Lead project safety and manage project administration, profitability, and outcomes.
• Support preconstruction, including quantity takeoffs, trade coordination, scope development, bid packages, schedules, and buyout.
• Coordinate submittals, subcontractors, owners, design teams, vendors, logistics, and risk management.
• Manage change requests, meetings, pay applications, project schedules, resources, cost forecasts, reporting, and closeout.
• Lead project-specific safety planning, estimating, risk management, business planning, subcontract awards, and team development.
