What you'll do

• Greet guests
• explain menu selections and demonstrate knowledge of food, beverages, and ingredients
• take accurate orders and coordinate service with runners
• prepare alcoholic beverages for bar guests and servers
• refill water and pre-bus the bar
• maintain a clean and safe atmosphere
• follow health and safety standards
• contribute ideas and work collaboratively.
