• Lead full-cycle estimates for commercial drywall scopes, including metal stud framing, insulation, acoustical ceilings, and specialty systems
• perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• analyze bid documents and identify risks
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• prepare proposals, budgets, and value-engineering options
• collaborate with project teams and clients
• mentor junior estimators
• maintain cost data and processes
• participate in post-bid reviews, handoffs, and client interviews.
