Job overview

The Principal Consultant, Advertising & Promotion Strategy role is remote in the United States. Compensation is $230,000–$300,000 per year. Opus Regulatory provides regulatory strategy and related consulting services to biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients. The consultant provides strategic regulatory guidance and hands-on review for advertising and promotional communications throughout product development, launch, and commercialization. Advising client teams on requirements and translating them into practical recommendations supports compliant communications and client objectives.

What you'll do

• Advise client teams on advertising and promotion strategy, requirements, processes, submissions, and best practices
• provide leadership for promotional, educational, and investigational product communications
• review materials for compliance with laws, regulations, guidance, and client policies
• partner with cross-functional stakeholders
• lead regulatory planning and review for launches and commercialization
• apply U.S. and relevant international requirements
• monitor regulatory changes
• represent regulatory affairs in client meetings and workstreams
• manage project priorities and related initiatives.
