What you'll do

• Lead sales, marketing, operations, product development, supply chain, and finance
• partner with ownership and the board on long-term strategy
• drive organizational alignment and performance
• lead national sales and business development
• develop go-to-market strategies
• oversee pricing, channel strategy, product positioning, and major customer relationships
• oversee sourcing, manufacturing partners, logistics, inventory, and quality
• manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• build and develop leadership teams
• represent the company with customers, partners, and at industry events
• guide product and market innovation.
