BC/BE Family Medicine with a focus on pediatric patients. Outpatient Clinic in Southern WI & Northern IL - Lucrative Sign-on Bonus! Currently 1,650 Pediatric panel of patients. FTE is flexible 0.8 to 1.0 at the Freeport branch location. Call: Family Medicine phone call only 2x/month.
