What you'll do

• Analyze Quality and Risk Adjustment performance to identify trends, variation, risks, and improvement opportunities
• conduct root-cause, variance, cohort, provider, member, and market analyses
• integrate data across Quality and Risk Adjustment
• develop executive reporting and recommendations
• present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• monitor performance indicators
• support strategic planning, forecasting, performance reviews, and business cases
• partner across business, clinical, provider, financial, operational, analytics, and technology functions.
