What you'll do

• Lead standard creation and adherence across global asset technician teams
• serve as an escalation point for process, technical, and operational questions
• support Apple and Windows hardware and macOS and Windows software
• triage assets and diagnose issues
• troubleshoot internal systems
• manage repair timelines and quality
• compile repair data and report performance
• maintain asset tracking and customer portal status
• prepare outbound shipments and process inbound shipments
• conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• coordinate with regional and global inventory teams
• support new-hire equipment deployment
• oversee e-waste processing, donations, and disposal
• travel to customer sites within the region for urgent requests.
