Job overview

What you'll do
- Assist the General Counsel with litigation, contracting, and corporate governance
- draft, review, negotiate, and administer agreements
- advise business leaders on legal and regulatory matters
- support employment and operational matters, subpoenas, and interpleader actions
- coordinate litigation with outside counsel
- and maintain legal files, contract repositories, and retention practices.
