What you'll do

• Start up, develop, and optimize processes
• own wet-process characterization and advanced process development for DRAM
• collaborate with R&D, technology development, high-volume manufacturing equipment, integration, and yield engineers to resolve production issues
• support technology transfer
• contribute to maintenance optimization plans, procedures, manuals, equipment performance, and best-known methods
• deliver projects addressing yield, defects, production, and cost
• follow safety policies.
