What you'll do
- Perform routine residential-unit repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring
- prepare apartments for turns
- maintain the maintenance shop and supplies
- conduct safety inspections
- respond to emergency maintenance requests outside regular hours
- and comply with workplace safety and OSHA regulations.
