The Warehouse General Laborer - Pallet Sorter - 1st Shift role is onsite in Moberly, MO. Pay is $16.00 per hour. The role supports PLA Family of Companies’ warehouse operations and production goals. The pallet sorter inspects and sorts pallets by type and condition, removing debris and identifying defects. Consistent quality checks, safe handling, and an orderly work area help maintain productivity and meet pallet standards.

What you'll do

• Remove lodged or adjacent debris from incoming pallets
• manually sort pallets by type and condition
• inspect pallets against quality criteria
• maintain a clean work area and established production rate
• follow equipment-handling and safety procedures
• assist with other team duties as assigned. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM.
