Outpatient Neurologist — No Call, No Weekends

The Outpatient Neurologist role is onsite in Cape Coral, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a one-hour lunch. Base salary is $300,000–$400,000 per year, with performance bonuses described as available. The role supports a multisubspecialty outpatient clinic with in-house diagnostic services. The neurologist provides outpatient neurological care while building a patient panel and using the clinic's back-office support and AI scribes for documentation and patient messages. A memory and dementia focus and clinic days at a second location are optional opportunities.

What you'll do

• Provide outpatient neurology care
• build a patient panel from 12–15 patients per day toward 20 per day over the first six months
• use the clinic's in-house EEG, EMG, and catheterization lab services as appropriate
• complete clinical documentation with AI scribe and back-office support.
