What you'll do

• Operate a yard truck to move trailers, containers, scrap metal, and other materials around the facility
• transport materials between receiving, processing, storage, and shipping areas
• assist with loading and unloading
• inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
• maintain organized and safe yard storage
• operate forklifts, loaders, or other equipment when trained and assigned
• assist with cleanup, sorting, and light equipment maintenance
• follow company safety policies.
