Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation is $80,000–$95,000 per year. At Renova One, the accounting team supports a growing, multi-entity renovation and restoration business. This role contributes to accurate, timely financial reporting and business decisions by managing close activities, maintaining general ledger integrity across entities, supporting planning and audits, and improving accounting processes and controls. It also collaborates with operations on job-cost reporting and may guide junior accounting staff.

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• maintain general ledgers across entities
• support consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, audits, and accounting process improvements
• collaborate on job-cost reporting
• mentor junior staff as needed.

Why this role
