What you'll do

• Assess clients’ mental health needs
• conduct and document screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals. Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based practices, identify resources, collaborate with caregivers and other professionals, advocate for community resources, and communicate treatment plans and progress.
