Reconstruction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Prepare project scopes and estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software
• seek customer or client approval of scopes and estimates
• schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews, subcontractors, and resources
• review job-site documentation and billing requirements
• communicate with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• manage production expenses, equipment, vehicles, and materials
• manage customer and client experience
• provide priority response to potential customers
• participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
