The Clinical Physical Therapy Team Leader is an onsite role based in Happy, TX. This position supports the therapy team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Amarillo. This role exists to assist the Director of Therapy Operations in day-to-day operations of the therapy team. The leader provides patient care, supervises therapist assistants and technicians, and ensures the department meets its goals through effective leadership and clinical excellence.

What you'll do

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the therapy team.
• Provide patient care in licensed discipline.
• Delegate and supervise tasks of therapist assistants and technicians.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training.
• Maintain open communication with hospital departments.
• Hold staff accountable for performance.
• Mentor staff to improve clinical skills.
