What you'll do

• Clean residential and commercial properties between occupants
• perform move-in and move-out cleaning
• clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, walls, fixtures, appliances, cabinets, doors, baseboards, and common areas
• remove trash and debris
• prepare vacant units for showings and occupancy
• complete requested touch-ups
• report damage or maintenance issues
• maintain supplies and equipment
• follow safety procedures.
