What you'll do

• Review claims for billing requirements, eligibility, prior authorizations, and signatures
• submit claims to private payers, insurers, and government programs
• investigate denied claims and resolve payment discrepancies
• verify patient financial responsibility and reimbursement with treatment center staff
• post payments and adjustments and balance deposits
• document payment records
• identify underpayments and overpayments
• retrieve missing payer information
• complete reporting and comply with regulatory and accrediting requirements.
