What you'll do

• Lead AC/DC converter development from concept through production release
• define power architecture, requirements, and roadmaps
• mentor engineers and cross-functional teams
• lead design reviews and risk assessments
• design conversion systems, control loops, magnetics, filtering, protection, and sensing
• lead prototype testing and validation
• support compliance and design-for-manufacturing, testability, and reliability
• collaborate with manufacturing during pilot production and launch.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, or related discipline and 10+ years of power electronics design and development experience. Master's/Ph.D. and DSP, FPGA, microcontroller, SiC, and GaN experience are preferred.
