What you'll do

• Conduct new driver orientation and onboarding
• present company policies and procedures
• train drivers on FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service, ELD use, and safety requirements
• review handbooks and compliance documents
• assist with onboarding paperwork
• coordinate with Safety, Recruiting, Dispatch, and HR
• maintain training records
• evaluate understanding and completion
• answer new-hire questions
• assist with ongoing training and safety meetings as needed.
