The Associate, Clinical Trial Management role is onsite in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $100,000–$130,000 per year, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus. Lyell Immunopharma advances next-generation CAR T-cell therapies for patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. The associate supports clinical trial execution by coordinating assigned trial tasks, tracking deliverables, maintaining trial documentation, and working with CRO partners and cross-functional teams. This work helps clinical operations deliver timely, quality studies while applying relevant trial guidelines and procedures.

What you'll do

• Conduct assigned trial tasks and escalate issues with recommendations
• develop tactical plans and process steps
• oversee defined CRO partner tasks and deliverables
• track study inputs, deliverables, and expenses
• support TMF maintenance and review
• apply ICH GCP guidelines
• collaborate with and mentor junior clinical team members.
