The Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal role is onsite in Houston, TX, with compensation of $30–$35 per hour. The paralegal supports the law firm’s trial team through the phases of litigation. The role helps prepare and organize case materials, conduct research and investigation, support discovery, and communicate with clients and witnesses so attorneys and the trial team can manage cases and court proceedings effectively.

• Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
• organize case documents for review
• conduct legal research and investigation
• provide administrative support
• communicate with clients and witnesses
• attend court sessions and record important information
• maintain and update documentation
• assist with discovery requests.
