The Electrical Project Manager, Mission-Critical Data Centers role is onsite in Abilene, TX, with relocation assistance. Base salary is $120,000–$160,000 per year, plus a $14,400 annual auto allowance and a 10–15% year-end bonus based on company performance. The role leads electrical construction projects for data centers and other mission-critical facilities. The project manager oversees execution from preconstruction through completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, quality, safety, commissioning, and client communication to deliver complex electrical projects safely and within schedule and budget.

What you'll do

• Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, contracts, and project performance
• oversee subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and specialty trades
• coordinate electrical work with other building systems and field teams
• manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation
• coordinate testing, startup, commissioning, turnover, and closeout
• monitor quality, safety, risks, and project financials
• communicate status to clients and stakeholders
• lead and develop project team members.
