What you'll do

• Maintain the waterfront area and its safety equipment
• help plan and deliver swim lessons and recreational swim activities
• provide age-appropriate individualized instruction
• maintain camper swim records
• identify hazards and follow emergency procedures
• assist with rainy-day activities
• and participate in safety and rescue training and staff meetings.
