• Represent TurboTax locally, engage with new prospects, nurture leads, provide hands-on tax advice and preparation, facilitate discovery sessions, uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, deliver exceptional customer service, and interact with customers in-person and via video.
