What you'll do

• Answer medical questions by phone
• assess patients through triage, history, vital signs, and physical examinations
• use diagnostic measures such as ultrasound, X-rays, bloodwork, and biopsies
• develop diagnostic and treatment plans
• explain diagnoses and options to customers
• prepare estimates
• maintain medical records
• perform emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
• provide aftercare and prevention guidance.
