What you'll do

• Support management and operations of armament program network systems
• provide Tier I and Tier II support
• image, patch, and configure classified and unclassified systems
• manage SharePoint and help desk tickets
• provide customer and meeting technology support
• manage IT equipment inventory and transfers
• maintain telecommunications services
• assist users with business systems and access
• manage organizational mailboxes, permissions, and groups
• perform cyber security liaison duties
• support mobile devices and hosted websites and cloud systems.
