Description

Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, the position of Maintenance Technician 3 is to maintain the general appearance of the campus, including buildings, grounds and infrastructure. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:. Completes daily maintenance duties such as trash removal, building repairs, responding to maintenance calls and snow removal.
