What you'll do

• Schedule and coordinate fire protection inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, and related field activities
• contact customers to arrange and confirm appointments
• prioritize schedules based on contract requirements, due dates, customer needs, routing, technician availability, and qualifications
• monitor workloads and adjust schedules
• coordinate equipment and materials
• maintain technician on-call schedules for after-hours emergency response as needed
• manage work orders and customer records
• review inspection reports
• track deficiencies and coordinate follow-up
• submit compliance documentation
• identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Why this role

Coordinates fire sprinkler, fire alarm, suppression system, and fire extinguisher inspections; requires 1–3 years of related scheduling, dispatch, service coordination, customer service, logistics, or field service experience. High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
