Hospitality Support Specialist

Compensation is $18–$21 per hour. The Hospitality Support Specialist role is onsite in Sartell, MN. Country Manor provides senior care, childcare, home health care, and rehabilitation services across campuses in Sartell and St. Joseph, Minnesota. The specialist provides cross-departmental support in nutrition and culinary services, housekeeping, and laundry operations. The role helps maintain clean and welcoming spaces, support meal service, and manage residents’ clothing and linens while following safety and infection-control requirements.

What you'll do

• Support Nutrition/Culinary, Housekeeping, and Laundry Operations
• adapt assignments to operational needs
• clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• assist with meal preparation, tray delivery, and dining areas
• collect, launder, label, and distribute clothing and linens
• follow infection-control, safety, and PPE protocols
• report resident changes and safety concerns
• maintain organized work areas and supplies.
