What you'll do

• Own and execute U.S. marketing strategy for outdoor fashion, apparel, accessories, and lifestyle categories
• coordinate launches, seasonal collections, positioning, and campaign direction with stakeholders in Korea
• localize Korean materials for U.S. consumers
• lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, creator, event, sponsorship, and partnership channels
• coordinate with e-commerce and cross-functional teams
• track marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
