What you'll do

• Help direct implementation of resident care plans and supervise services on assigned units
• round on nursing units
• promote resident dignity and compliance with facility policies
• support nurses with assessments, care planning, task priorities, and education
• monitor and document incidents and complaints
• facilitate communication among nurses, providers, responsible parties, vendors, and managers
• ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care
• respond to and document facility emergencies
• assist with staffing
• supervise equipment use
• provide direct resident care as needed
• prepare or administer performance reviews with unit managers and provide correction or re-education.
