What you'll do

• Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams
• manage capital projects from planning through implementation
• oversee preventive maintenance programs, CMMS, work orders, spare parts, and reliability initiatives
• develop engineering solutions for production, quality, safety, and efficiency
• coordinate equipment installations and facility improvements with other departments
• manage budgets, contractors, and vendors
• lead startups, commissioning, qualifications, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• hire, coach, develop, and evaluate team members
• support GMP, food safety, ISO, and regulatory compliance.
