What you'll do

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• respond to resident maintenance requests
• conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• maintain logs and inventories
• assist with unit turnovers, including patching, painting, and cleaning
• participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
