What you'll do

• Direct shift team members toward assembly and quality targets
• ensure associates follow process standards and assignments
• oversee automotive production-line workflow, including seating and wiring work
• communicate with floor teams, site management, and staffing management
• monitor attendance, performance, and schedules
• enforce plant safety rules and injury-reporting protocols.
