General Superintendent — Commercial and Industrial Construction

What you'll do

• Lead field execution from planning through turnover
• develop project execution strategies for safety, quality, productivity, and schedule
• mentor superintendents, foremen, and craft professionals
• coordinate with project managers and operations leadership
• plan labor and allocate resources
• use prefabrication, technology, and advanced planning
• monitor subcontractor performance and supplier coordination
• lead daily and weekly planning meetings
• manage commissioning, owner training, punch lists, and turnover
• build relationships with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and trade partners.
