What you'll do

• Confirm that LIS accessions, results, and reports are correct and releasable
• identify results released despite QC failures, missed reflex or confirmation tests, and mismatched specimens
• assess completeness of tests, specimens, and required notifications
• distinguish system acceptance from appropriate laboratory sign-off
• verify that requests requiring refusal are refused rather than forced through.
