The Project Manager, Telecommunications and Utility Construction role is onsite in Upland, CA, with compensation of $110,000–$125,000 per year plus benefits. The role supports large-scale telecommunications and utility infrastructure projects. The project manager coordinates pre-construction and construction work to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in line with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The position manages subcontractors, field teams, project costs, materials, schedules, change orders, and client and permitting relationships.

What you'll do

• Plan and supervise construction project phases
• schedule work and manage subcontractor services and payment approvals
• coordinate field superintendents, craft labor, and subcontractors
• serve as primary contact for clients, permitting authorities, and utility providers
• ensure safety, quality, schedule, and regulatory compliance
• conduct site visits and review construction documents
• prepare material take-offs and estimates
• manage budgets, costs, inventory, change orders, completion percentages, and billing.
