What you'll do

• Drive strategic planning and action plans
• collaborate with quality and production departments on standards
• identify compliance gaps and develop procedures
• manage internal audit schedules and oversee internal and external audits
• report on trends and corrective actions
• lead compliance training
• manage FAA Repair Station Quality Systems and oversee AS9100, NADCAP, and FAA audits.
