Services Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Resolve contractor tickets in Zendesk involving payments, identity verification, account access, onboarding, and assessments
• coordinate across teams as the contractor’s point of contact
• escalate issues outside the team’s scope
• monitor annotator requests in Discord
• classify tickets P0–P3 and follow response processes
• identify repetitive ticket types for self-service or automation
• participate in quarterly reviews of ticket volume and coverage
• acknowledge critical P0 pages within approximately 15 minutes as part of the rotating on-call schedule.
