What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day jobsite activities
• coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, sequencing, logistics, and safety
• maintain and execute schedules and look-ahead plans
• review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and scopes
• monitor workmanship and address field conflicts
• lead coordination meetings
• maintain daily reports
• coordinate inspections, punch lists, closeout, commissioning, and turnover
• mentor assistant superintendents and field personnel.
